Hungary Visa Application Requirements

1. Personal Appearance
2. Confirmed appointment
3. Valid passport for at least 6 months from the intended date of travel in Schengen
4. Previous passports, if any
5. 2 duly filled up and signed application forms
6. 2 pcs. recent 2x2 colored passport size photos with white background
7. Confirmed flight reservation (embassy may also asked for confirmed ticket)
8. Confirmed hotel reservation
9. Official program of activities stating the places of interest, cities, etc., to be visited during the whole trip and/or vouchers
10. If employed, employment certificate stating the length of service, monthly salary, and approved leave from employer
11. Previous ITR or BIR form 2316
12. Personal Bank certificate with attached statement of account
13. If self-employed, a copy of official business  registration/ permits and bank statement of the company for the previous 3 months
14. If studying, school enrolment certificate and leave of absence from school
15. If minor, parental consent legalized by DFA
16. Travel Medical insurance with minimum coverage of 30, 000 Euro for the entire trip plus 15 days
17. Visa fee of 60 Euro, must be paid in Philippine Peso equivalent to the official embassy exchange rate upon submission of application
